All Ark Rafts and kayaks are constructed from Erez PVC coated Polyester.

Construction techniques

All ARK Inflatables are cut and marked to accuracy of 1000^th Inch with a Cutting table. These panels are then prepared and D rings and Handles are welded on with a 1000 Ton 12Kw High Frequancy welder. These panels are now taken to the Hotair Welder for the most important process of all - welding up the Tube ! The panels are then joined with a 25mm overlap.This join then has a cover strip welded inside and outside for absolute weld integrity. Thus the finally we have all the air holding parts indestructibly welded. The final assemble of Tubes , floors and thwarts is done by glueing with a thermo activated two part adhesive. This allows for precise assembly.
